I own a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in orange, looking to rent one bedroom alon with this comes full use of kitchen and baths. I am a single dad of 3 boys who live with me also so this is a big consideration for perspective renter and also myself. as for regular utilities that can be discussed and food also as thier 2 refrigerators in the house you could use one for your own things if that works out better. any questions please feel free to contact me. i am looking to do this asap.
