looking for professional, responsible person to share my house with me. it is a 3 bedroom cape. you would have the second floor to yourself (other than some storage for me)the second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. downstairs has my bedroom, livining room, dining room, family room, kitchen and full bath. could provide some furnishing or not depending on which you are looking for. there is front entrance that would be pretty private for you to enter as well. there is a large back yard and offstreet parking for 2 cars. there is also an option for a garage space. washer and dryer in the basement.
it is 800.00 plus utilites. it is oil heat.
i do have 2 cats and a dog(beagle) which are all friendly. I would consider
a roommate with pets only if were compatible with my pets-we could talk about that.
i am a single female with full time job.
