My friend and I have just put a deposit down on a gorgeous, huge 3br apt. We decided to try and find one or more people who might be looking in the area as well who would be interested in joining us.

Been living on a lake in sturbridge with buddies of mine sense last spring, I am moving away because of my job and am looking to rent my room for the rest of the year. The house is a 2200 sq foot house located on a lake across from a 1000 acre state park. The room with come with a private FULL bath for whom ever rents the room; the house has 2.5 baths. The bedroom for rent also has a empty bedroom next to it so there will be privacy. The house is located in a nice quite neighborhood that offers a private beach (beach volleyball court, base ball diamond, ect...) The house comes with its own lake access. There is PLENTY of storage room in the basement and plenty of parking room for vehicles. Washer and dryer are located in the basement as well. The heat is oil but there is a huge fireplace that heats up the whole house and the thermostat has been kept on 58 degrees and is keeping the bedrooms toasty. All the bedrooms have cable and internet (wireless). Which is not included but the bills are cheap when split 3 ways. I am a 27 year old female. I have a 3 bedroom duplex in the west side of Leominster near the high school. 2 floors. Living room, dining room, cedar closet, kitchen, mudroom, half bath, 3 season porch, washer&dryer all on 1st floor. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and full bath. Room was painted and new carpet installed less than 3 months ago. The room has a seperate set of stairs that leads from back entrance in mudroom directly into the room for private entrance. The off-street parking is off the back entrance. There are hardwoods floors throughout the living room and dining room and has all been freshly painted.

Heat is oil. The rent would include the heat and hot water. The electric bill has been about $60 per month and would like to split. There is wireless internet available (you can hook up to mine at no charge) and is cable ready if you want. There is also a shared backyard.
