Our home is on Main Street, walking distance to the new Wal-mart and minutes to 146. It is a 3 bedroom ranch with 3 bathrooms and attached in-law apartment. Partially finished basement. There is a one car garage, and driveway for 3 cars. We did some upgrade to the home. This home is quite simple (i.e bedrooms, bath, kitchen are plain), but it offer spacious living and live large.

Attached apartment, which has its own driveway, brings in $700 rental income, which helps a lot. We've always have good tenants.

We are interested in a house swap Northbridge, Upton, Hopkinton, Mendon or the surrounding towns. Looking to move to a new home (Colonial, or newer construction), and willing to put in some extra cash difference. We will use an attorney to do a straight deed swap. The house was bought 4 years ago for $301,000 and we currently owe $250,000. Our mortgage is about $1400, but with rental income it's cut in half.
