The Position of Office Manager is an excellent opportunity for someone who can work independently and is capable of handling a variety of tasks and responsibility. The main function includes responsibility for Financial Operations for Central Auto Body & MJS Holdings LLC located in Worcester, MA. There are other administrative duties included. This position works directly with the owner of both companies as well as essential office staff and company Accountant. Candidate should possess a high school diploma and Associates Degree in Accounting. Full knowledge and experience with QuickBooks, Accounts Receivable & Payables as well as payroll and sales tax processing are all Required for this position. Experience in a related field is helpful.
This is a 30-34 hour position per week with a Monday-Friday schedule. Exact hours/schedule will be determined at the time of hire.
