The Lodge features 24 apartment homes that are available to renters and households with incomes at or below the 80% of the area median income through this application process. These apartments feature walk-in closets, premium appliances and in-home laundry, as well as access to all of the one-of-a-kind amenities here at The Lodge.
These rents are set annually using a calculation that determines the "affordable" rent, which is based on the Area Median Income (AMI) for the Boston-Cambridge-Quincy HMFA, therefore the rents of units are subject to change. Residents are responsible for paying the full amount of rent each month. Rents are not based on an applicant's income (unless they already have a Section 8 voucher or similar).
Residents are responsible for gas (heat and hot water), electricity, water, and sewer. One parking space is available for residents and is included in the rent.
Total Monthly Leasing Price includes base rent, all monthly mandatory and any user-selected optional
fees. Excludes variable, usage-based, and required charges due at or prior to move-in or at move-out. Prices
