Price is $400/week for the suite and $80/week for utilities (including heating, hot water and electricity, as well as trash pickup), for one person. Each additional person adds $50 per week (up to 4 people can be accommodated in the guest suite). Laundry available inside the building ($10/week), and internet access also available ($10/week). One reserved parking space in our private parking lot is available ($25/week). No broker fee, no application fee. You are dealing with the owner directly.
