It runs, and has key which fits both arbors on the face of the clock.
Style: Ornate “gingerbread” case with Eastlake/Victorian scrollwork (very typical of the 1870s–1890s).
Movement: Time-and-strike mechanical movement (two winding arbors on the dial).
Pendulum: Decorative pressed pendulum bob (that floral/starburst design is common for Ingraham).
The gearing visible on the left suggests a count wheel strike (older style, consistent with the period). The count wheel controls how many strikes are allowed The stop lever drops into a notch to end the strike cycle. The dial itself has no idea what hour it is—the count wheel does.
Condition: Case looks clean and complete; original finish or nicely preserved. Glass door intact with some repair on the inside of the frame.
