This is located near Hamilton and Lake Ave in Worcester and the book is in good condition.  The price on other sites is so varied and goes up to $5000. However doing some research most people appear to be in the $450-$500 range so for a quick sale I'm pricing crazy low. Available to pick up Daily from 10 AM until 1000PM.
