Eastleigh Farm is looking for someone with bold, fresh ideas to help shape the next season of events on our well-loved, rustic farm. If you thrive on creativity and love bringing unique experiences to life, this might be the perfect role for you.
We’re seeking a creative, energetic Seasonal Event Coordinator to help bring our charming historic property to life from May through October.
Who You Are
• Flexible, positive, and able to roll with the unexpected (it is a farm!)
• Someone with a love for the farm setting, the animals who call it home, and the character of a historic property
• Comfortable working closely with farm staff, vendors, and volunteers
• Creative, with bold, fresh ideas for indoor and outdoor activities, festivals, workshops, and seasonal happenings
• Possess a good sense of humor and a down-to-earth attitude
• Available for weekends and some evenings
• Excited to create meaningful, memorable events for families, adults, or both
What You’ll Do
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee seasonal events across the property
• Create a mix of free and ticketed programs
• Develop events ranging from children’s activities to adult workshops and large community festivals
• Recruit and coordinate vendors ~ including artisan makers, vintage sellers, musicians, food vendors, and more depending on the event
• Create event artwork, flyers, or promotional materials, and promote events through social media, email newsletters, and other outreach channels
• Manage event logistics before, during, and after events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup to cleanup
• Acquire all necessary licensing through the City of Framingham for applicable events
• Work collaboratively with farm staff to support all aspects of event operations
• Oversee scheduling, setup/breakdown, and guest experience
• Highlight the rustic charm and warm community spirit of Eastleigh Farm
Compensation
• Pay structure is negotiable based on experience and availability
• This position is part of a nonprofit organization
