We are looking for an experienced Pantry Chef with shellfish shucking experience.
This is a full-time position Thursday - Sunday. (Closed Monday & Tuesday)
Responsibilities include preparing salads, cold appetizers, desserts, and raw bar.
Prior experience in a casual-fine dining atmosphere is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while adhering to all health and safety codes
