Using the Magnalite:
The only important thing in using Magnalite is to watch (and incidentally save) the heat.
Magnalite heats instantly and conducts heat all over the pot so that it cooks like an oven from the bottom, sides and cover.
It needs much less heat than steel, iron or other utensils.
Roast on top of the stove, use for oven roasting, frying, broiling, pot roasts
Vegetable Cookery – Magnalite is ideal for the so-called “Waterless Cooking” of vegetables
