The pool is currently fully functional and in working condition. It includes all existing components and accessories (liner, pump, filter, hoses, etc.), provided as-is.
Additionally, there is an attached deck. If interested, you may remove and take any portion of the deck at your own expense. Please note that if you take any portion of the deck, you are responsible to remove the entire deck.

• We make no representations regarding condition, safety, or completeness of any components.
• You are solely responsible for all labor, tools, equipment, permits (if applicable), and transportation.
• You assume all risks associated with disassembly, removal, and transport.
• By agreeing to take the pool and/or deck, you agree to release and hold harmless the property owner from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from removal or use.
• Work must be done in a safe and orderly manner, with reasonable care to avoid damage to surrounding property.
• Proof of insurance is preferred for contractors (if applicable).

Preferred removal timeframe: April 2026.
