This two-stage Toro snow blower has a 3 1/2 hp Tecumseh engine that usually starts up on one or two pulls of the cord. It has three forward speeds and one reverse. There is also an electric starter if you want to start it that way. It runs well. Good for up to 8 inches of snow. Its smaller size makes it easy to handle and takes up less storage space. Local delivery may be possible. Pick it up in Charlton.
