Free playset. 25 year old playset from the previous owner of the house. BOLTS ARE ROTTEN, STRUCTURE IS LOOSE and WOBBLING. Wood is solid/good for rebuild/yard project.

Please do NOT contact me if you:

1. Are not a construction worker, contractor or handy man.
2. Do not have/cannot borrow a pickup truck.
3. Do not have a ladder and the socket wrenches.
3. Do not have PPE.
4. Do not have a friend who can help you. It's a two-person job to safely take it down and transport away.
5. Only want a few pieces of wood - the whole set must go together.
6. Want me to "hold for two days/till next weekend" - whoever physically shows up with the right tools the earliest, gets it.
