If you're one of more than 70 million people who provide unpaid care giving for a family member or friend -- in your own home -- you know that the time and energy burden can be enormous.
At Massachusetts MENTOR, we provide caregivers with the support they need to care for a loved one at home. Rather than placing your loved one outside of the home in a nursing facility or residential, we bring the supports to you to keep your loved one home where they can have a better quality of life. We provide a financial stipend paid out bi-weekly to a designated family caregiver who lives in the home with their loved one, a registered nurse who visits the home to assist with medical maintenance, a case manager who visits the home to assist with day to day activities and goal setting, and 24/7 on call support. All these services are free to families and paid for through MassHealth insurance.

If so you may qualify!
