Foster Care Case Manager

$46,500 Salary

• Coordine the development, review, and implemention of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and trements provided to individuals served. 
• Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulory program compliance. 
• Assist in the development of quality services and engaging activities th meet the individual served needs. 
• Build and maintain relionships with families and external case managers. 

Qualificions:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or reled field. 
• One year of work-reled experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed -risk, etc. preferred. 
• Current driver's license, car registrion, and auto insurance. 
• Licensure and training as required by ste such as CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques, etc. 
• A reliable, responsible titude and a compassione approach. 
• A commitment to quality in everything you do.
