After 12 wonderful years in my current home, my landlord is unfortunately putting the multi-family property up for sale due to health reasons. Because of this, I am actively looking for a clean, well-maintained quiet 1-bedroom apartment to relocate to over the next 6 to 8 months.I currently pay 650.00 plus utilities.
I am a responsible, drug-free, and exceptionally neat professional adult. Having stayed in my current place for over a decade, I treat where I live with absolute respect. I have an excellent credit score and pay rent on time, every month.
What I am looking for:
Type: Spacious 1-Bedroom apartment.
Condition: Clean, quiet, and well-managed.
Locations: Leominster, Townsend, Lancaster, or Sterling.
Because I appreciate a great relationship with a property owner, I am also more than willing to discuss assisting with property upkeep, yardwork, or keeping an eye on the premises for the right landlord.
