Professional single no baggage 72 year old man looking to rent small house or first floor apt. I travel a few times a year Teach drivers education part time as well as visit homebound veterans. Have been self-employed all my adult life. The right situation I would pay 3 months upfront. Plenty of great references. Has to be quiet in and outside. Currently where I have rented the last twelve years owners is selling and want to be proactive then reactive so there is no time line on move in date or as early as Jan 1 I have no pets no grandchildren
