We are seeking a landscape maintenance foreman & laborers to begin with us IMMEDIATELY.
As FOREMAN, you will oversee and work alongside a crew of 2-3 members and perform services including spring and fall clean ups, mulch installation, mowing, tree/shrub pruning, and general property maintenance in both a residential and commercial setting.
Laborers will operate hand and power equipment to complete all aspects of outdoor property maintenance.
All candidates must possess a valid Massachusetts’ Driver’s License, and be able to physically work 8+ hours a day, 5-6 days per week in a variety of weather conditions. The foreman must have experience overseeing other employees with an eye on safety, proper use of equipment, and attention to detail. Being on customer sites, all employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Experience in landscaping, general maintainance of the equipment, and the ability to accurately complete daily paperwork is a MUST for the foreman position.
Less experience is required for entry-level laborers.
During slower periods, crews may be diverted to work on hardscape construction projects with other team members (retaining walls, patios, etc.)
During winter, there are opportunities for snowplowing and/or shoveling.
