- General handyman or finish carpenter who can handle vanities, trim, doors, drywall patching, and install light plumbing skills for faucets, toilets, P-traps, and supply lines
- Tile work including full installs, repairs, regrouting, and small to mid-size projects
- Painting with proper prep and moisture-resistant products
- Flooring installation, especially LVP or vinyl with clean cuts and transitions
- Basic electrical for fixtures, exhaust fans, and GFCI outlets
- Knowledge of installing bathroom partitions, including layout, anchoring, alignment, hardware, and ADA considerations
- Ability to travel for out-of-town and multi-site projects
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality in turnover environments
- Clean workmanship with attention to detail in finished spaces
- Multi-trade capability to reduce the number of subs needed on-site
- Low callback rate and ability to get it right the first time
- Strong communication with consistent updates and photos
- Understanding scope, recognizing when a licensed specialist is required, and alerting management as soon as noticed
