What You’ll Be Doing:
*Installing replacement windows and doors
*Loading and unloading materials
*Assisting experienced installers
*Keeping job sites clean and organized
*Learning installation techniques and proper tool use
What We’re Looking For:
* Reliable and punctual
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
* Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus but not required
* Able to lift 75 lbs.
* At least 18 years old
* Authorized to work in the U.S.
* Able to pass a criminal background check (no felony convictions within the past 7 years)
* Transportation
Our crew meets in Rochdale each morning at 6:00 AM, then travels together to job sites. You only need reliable transportation to and from Rochdale.
Pay:
Starting at $20-24/hour (1099 position) with opportunities for increased pay as your skills and experience grow.
