**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pool Technician / Lead Foreman to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in pool installation, maintenance, and repair, along with the ability to lead jobs efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. MUST HAVE PRIOR POOL EXPERIENCE AT LEAST 2 YEARS!
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Measure, fit, and install vinyl pool liners with accuracy
* Plumb and install pool filtration systems, including pumps and filters
* Install pool heaters and related equipment
* Perform pool openings and closings (winterization)
* Clean, maintain, and service residential and commercial swimming pools
* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues
* Lead job sites and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
* Communicate effectively with customers and team members
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in pool construction, liner installation, and equipment setup
* Strong knowledge of pool plumbing systems and filtration equipment
* Experience installing heaters; basic electrical knowledge is a strong plus
* Ability to work independently and manage job sites
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Comfortable driving a work truck and/or work van
* Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical labor
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
**Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):**
* Electrical experience related to pool systems
* Leadership or foreman experience
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
