COME JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SEPTIC INSTALLER AT ARCHER ACQUISITIONS!
Archer Acquisitions, a real estate investment and development firm located in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Licensed Septic Installer to join our expanding team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in executing on substantial site work projects, developing campgrounds and new home lots and other real estate projects.
**Responsibilities:
--Conduct perc testing for possible septic installation locations
--Install septic tanks and leach fields for campgrounds and housing developments
--Run trenches for sewer mains, water lines, and electrical lines
--Assist onsite team with installation of various systems based on local requirements
--Grade and prep sites for foundations and other finish work
--Assist with various site work projects using your unique skill set
--Extra credit: use your knowledge of septic systems to assist with development of overall site plan for different projects
**Required Skills:
--Hoisting License
--Septic Installers License
--Operate excavators
--Operate skid steers
--Extra credit: other heavy machinery experience a plus
**Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary with year-end bonuses based on project volume. In addition, we provide paid time off for our employees. This role will require significant traveling between job sites as we are a regional company operating throughout the Northeast. A company vehicle will be provided.
