Hiring: Field Supervisor / Quality Assurance Supervisor
Join Our Growing Team!
Nandy’s Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated and dependable Supervisor to help lead our growing company. We currently have a team of 25 employees across 12 crews and are seeking someone who is passionate about quality, organization, and team development.
No supervisory experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right person.
Position Responsibilities
* Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained across all crews
* Conduct quality assurance inspections at job sites
* Support and coach team members for success and growth
* Prepare daily reports and communicate findings to management
* Restock supplies and maintain employee documentation
* Assist with scheduling and operational support
* Start the day at 7:30 AM by preparing company vehicles and helping crews get organized for the day
* Visit job sites throughout the day to inspect work and support staff
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills
* Dependable and organized
* Positive leadership attitude
* Ability to problem-solve and work independently
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Desire to grow with a long-term company
Pay & Schedule
* Pay Range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
* Full-time position
* Monday–Friday
* Start time: 7:30 AM
