Looking to get this electric wall heater swapped out with a newer model. The newer model is the same width but 4 inches shorter height wise. So the wall will need to be patched with a new piece of sheetrock and joint compound added. All materials will be onsite.

The new unit is the same wattage so the electrical that is in place is sufficient to run the new unit, just swapped out.

I also have some other odds and ends around the property that need to be done if I'm satisfied with this project.
