Roofer needed, small job (Clinton, ma)

See picture, removed chimney and one strap remains while the other came out with bolt. Need to remove the other strap and repair the holes, bolt is quarter inch. While up there, also want to fill gap between soffit and roofline with steel wool. I have wet r dry roof patch, if you have small piece of flashing that would probably be helpful.

I have the ladder, caulk gun, putty knife... Just don't have the desire to step onto roof.

I imagine this would take no longer than 30 minutes, willing to pay $120 to get done ASAP
