Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter for a residential repair project in Sutton, MA ASAP.
Job includes:
Exterior door trim replacement of rotted trim
Exterior caulking and water intrusion repairs
Minor siding and flashing repairs
Replace roof pipe vent flashing
Ridge cap shingle repairs
Install (2) bathroom exhaust roof vents with duct connections - minor electrical adjustments for the two bathroom fans
Install (2) gable vents
Install some missing baffle attic vents
Kitchen countertop caulking
Foundation crack repair
Close existing exhaust vent opening and repair siding
Must have some experience working on roofs, exterior repairs, siding, flashing, and general carpentry.
