We are looking for experienced handyman and lawn service contractors for bank-owned vacant homes.

Must have experience with property preservation work, including grass cuts, lock changes, debris removal, winterization, securing properties, minor repairs, and taking clear before/during/after photos of all work completed.

Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Own tools/equipment
Smartphone for photos and work order updates
Experience with vacant/bank-owned homes preferred
Must be dependable and able to follow instructions

Weekly pay available for completed and approved work.
