These are top of the line SIP panels that were going to be used to create rooms in a 30,000 sq/ft for cannabis cultivation. We were not able to get the necessary capital together, so selling the panels. I'm selling these for a third less than what I paid, plus saving sales tax. Backlog for panels is now only 2-3 months (used to be a year), with inflation, they are now selling for 20% more than I paid for them, so this is a great deal. Plus, save $20,000 on sales tax. 53,982 sq/ft of panels. R38 insulation, so well beyond all codes. Would consider breaking up the panels, but would need to be at least 20,000 sq/ft.
