A day shift (7 am to 5 pm) welding supervisor is wanted for a established company with longevity and a product line of custom fabrications to a variety of national industry standards and looking for someone who has blueprint reading skills and weld symbols, working knowledge of; various fabrication skills, welding processes - Gas Tungsten Arc, Flux core, Shielded metal arc, Sub-merged Arc etc., along with some experience leading a team of personnel on a regular basis, knows how to delegate, handle conflicts of personnel, able to adapt to variety of changing products and wants to learn.
