Patriot Coating is a metal finishing company specializing in Industrial Spray Painting, Powder Coating, and Screen Printing. Industries we serve include; Military, Medical, Machined Parts, Molded Plastics, Sheet Metal Fabrications and more! We are looking for a motivated, energetic individual to help support the powder coating & liquid coating lines. Willing to train for a skilled position as a spray painter, powder coater or screen printer.
Responsibilities
• Prepping parts to be coated, which may include cleaning, masking, sanding & fixturing.
• Loading & unloading parts from conveyor.
• Packaging of finished product.
• Maintaining a clean & safe workspace.
• Communicating with supervisors & other team members to create an efficient & cohesive work environment.
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
• Consistent work experience.
• Dependability and the ability to adhere to attendance requirements.
• Experience is helpful but not necessary.
• Ability to take instructions & willingness to grow within the company.
Hours/Compensation
Monday-Friday: 4:30pm - 12:00am
Starting @ $19.50 + OT/ HR
