Patriot Coating is a metal finishing company specializing in Industrial Spray Painting, Powder Coating, and Screen Printing. Industries we serve include; Military, Medical, Machined Parts, Molded Plastics, Sheet Metal Fabrications and more! We are looking for a motivated and detailed individual for our Screening Department.
Responsibilities
• Mixing and loading inks: Prepare inks according to specifications, ensuring correct color matches and consistency
• Applying designs: Position the screen over the object, load ink, and use a squeegee to transfer the design. May also apply decals or other printed materials
• Following blueprints and specifications: Read and interpret technical drawings or customer instructions to ensure accurate printing
• Quality control: Inspect printed items for defects, run quality checks, and adjust processes to meet standards.
• Maintenance and cleanliness: Clean screens, fixtures, and work areas; maintain proper inventory of screens and materials
• Record keeping: Document job history, quantities, and quality standards
Skills and Qualifications
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and written instructions
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Proficiency with calipers, scales, and measuring tools
• Good housekeeping and safety practices
• Physical stamina to sit, stand, and walk for varying periods, and to lift up to 35 pounds, as needed
• Consistent work experience
• Dependability and the ability to adhere to attendance requirements

Hours/Compensation/Benefits
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay rate will be dependent on experience, minimum with experience $19.00/hour.
