Responsibilities:
• Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and subassemblies using hand and power tools
• Perform point-to-point wiring from schematics and wire run lists
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of assemblies and control panels
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow work order protocols
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve assembly processes
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years of experience in electro-mechanical or manufacturing assembly
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wire diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
