This is a french-grip, carbon fiber bow for double bass. I bought it new from Fretted Instrument Workshop in Amherst in 2020. It was rehaired with white horsehair about 1.5 years ago and it still has quite a bit of life left in it. My teachers says the bow has a slight warp in it but I can't see it myself. I played on this for 3 years as I was starting out and recently upgraded. It's in otherwise good condition with no noticeable damage or cracks. The hair is relatively clean of excess rosin.
