This is a fairly rare "Roadkill" distortion pedal. Made by ProCo based on the Rat. Has the sought-after LM308 chip in it. If you like your guitar tone heavy, nasty and/or aggressive, this will do it. These were apparently made in the mid-90's for Guitar Center, so it's true vintage at this point. Does Rock, Grunge, Metal, etc. with ease. All original, including the funky silk-screened paint job and battery door.
Sounds awesome and works perfectly, very clean example. Check out the YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcD1ZPFlm2E) if you want to hear what this pedal sounds like and a comparison to the actual Rat. These have gone up 3-4 times as much in the past 5 years since this video was made, so this is a great price for a pedal. You'd be hard pressed to find one for sale in Massachusetts, especially one in as good condition as this one. Get it local, no tax, no shipping and see it when you buy it. If you want to try it out before you buy to make sure it works, bring along your guitar and a cord.
You won't find one for less money.
