Squire Strat body has been painted (blue-green metallic, slight color-shift)
Neck is from a different model Squire.
Bone nut, locking tuners, Wilkinson bridge, Alnico pickup set, proper electronics, new pickguard.
Set-up to Fender specs.
The neck and body have been around for a while, and while I'm not certain of the year of manufacture, the wood has had time to settle-in, etc. and is probably a lot more stable than some of the brand-new stuff coming at us from far away.
