Lazaro Paving Corp. is a local, family-owned paving company that has been in business for more than 50 years. We continue to grow and currently seek a part-time administrative assistant to manage our busy multi-line phone system and support the daily operations of our office and sales staff.
• Answering, handling and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Communicating effectively and clearly with customers
• Tracking and organizing calls and data
• Typing proposals
• Setting up and maintaining file systems
This highly visible role requires strong written, oral and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of applications necessary and prior office experience helpful. Approximately 25 hours per week with flexibility in the schedule.
