Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Sutton, MA. As a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, you will manage daily customer interactions, handle orders and inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate logistics, oversee inventory management, and support the efficient flow of supply chain operations. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to optimize processes and maintain exceptional service standards.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide professional support and build positive relationships with clients
Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee stock levels and ensure timely product delivery
Analytical Skills essential for problem-solving and improving logistics and operational efficiency
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in logistics, inventory, or customer service roles is highly desirable
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is an advantage
High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus
