Looking for new gig. I left a good paying, steady job, for a similar gig, with less travel and growth potential but it has been complete opposite. Was guaranteed 40 hours, plus overtime, but haven’t gotten more than 30 for the past 5 months. 30 hours doesn’t work for me.
I have experience in many áreas. House flips, remodeling, facility maintenance, property management, hardscapes, decks, additions, etc. I’ve also managed a Cemetery and have work for a town DPW.
I’m very reliable, show up every day, stay late when asked to and/or work overtime if asked. Have OSHA 10. Have valid drivers license and can pass drug test and CORI.
