Well rounded, Jack of all trades seeking full time employment in the coming weeks. Experience includes full house renovation/flips from studs to finish. Kitchen/bathroom/basement remodels. Doors, windows, trim, painting, decks, screen houses, sheds, etc. Masonry/Hardscapes, facilities maintenance, etc. Not a 25 year old who claims to have lots of experience. I’m Fifty year old who has done pretty much everything over last 30 years.
Currently renovating apartments in a 20 unit building, plus additional units in other properties, but will be wrapping up soon. Or I can leave immediately if another full time opportunity comes up. Guy I’m working for knows that I’m looking to move on elsewhere.
I’m clean cut, non smoker/drinker, have valid license and vehicle and I have my own hand/power tools. Have OSHA 10. Can provide numerous work references.
