Well rounded, Jack of all trades in all phaeses of contracting/construction/building, etc. Over 20 years experience. Have done about fifteen to twenty full flips from studs to finish. Also did mainly kitchen/bathroom/basement remodels and/or full build outs for four years. Was partners with another guy until he had past legal issues that caught up to him. Clean cut, non smoker, non drinker, can pass a drug test no problem. Have OSHA 10. I’m reliable, show up every day, have valid license and vehicle.
