Wachusett Mountain is just up the street. Great location for hiking, cycling, m/c riding, tennis, trendy cafe and brewery, and good tennis.

“Home share" means you get access to the entire house.
Includes heat, electricity, fiber optic internet, land line, snow management, lawn care, and lots of chirping birds.
Neat and clean is important.
First month’s rent required before move-in. Security deposit of the same amount is also also required, but can be paid over time. I will ask to see a copy of your credit report before final agreement. Not looking for perfection there, just good character.
