I have a large enough L-Shape studio on a nice family property with a newly renovated outdoor pool for tenant use and 2 private entrances to the unit. I'm really not sure of the square footage. It's large enough for 2 people even comfortably in separate sleeping areas. Privacy would be a challenge but achievable. This has been done before according to the landlords. The L studio can be reconfigured to suit both of us. It has kitchenette and shared bath with shower only. I'm willing to downsize if need be to make it work. Your portion of the rent will depend on what your needs and preferences are. The current monthly rent for the whole unit is $1,200/mo which can be potentially split to $600/mo each. I'm looking for a male who is clean, open minded, responsible, has income, and can respect my 15 year sobriety enough NOT to keep alcohol in the house. Overnight guests are welcome within reason. If you have a partner, that's fine, as long as they are not there all the time. This is a really good deal and a serious one. This is ideal for a guy with not too much stuff- and ,like me, who is in a financial crunch and/or need to relocate for work. It beats living out of your car.
