I'm looking for a roommate to share my large 2/3 bedroom apartment. The empty room is a really good size with high ceilings, I can include the furniture in the pictures is now in the back bedroom so the room will be empty. I also included pictures of my bedroom if for some reason the empty room I have available doesn't suit your needs I wouldn't have a problem giving you your choice of the two large bedrooms or the bedroom in the back as it is slightly more private. The apartment is on the first floor of a 4 unit building with laundry in the unit the neighbors are all quiet and really nice people. The house is obviously fully furnished I have a large 85-in TV couches fully stocked kitchen pretty much everything you could need besides what you need for your own room. There is smaller room in the back off the kitchen I have set up as a spare bedroom and storage room but could used as your bedroom if preferable. I'm really only looking for one person but I would consider a couple. The rent is $900 heat, hot water, electric, wifi and a full cable tv package giving you access to all the different streaming apps. I'm a quiet shy guy in my 40s I work full time I don't party or have people coming and going I'm a bit of a homebody so it stays pretty quiet. I am a smoker and I do smoke in the house I know that can be a deal breaker but otherwise it's a great place I've lived here for almost 20 years my landlord's a great guy never bothers us always takes care of any issues we have. I'm right downtown so everything's really close by we have grocery stores and a Walmart all within 10-15 minutes. First and last is required with no security deposit with a month to month lease agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
