My fiance and myself are looking for a room to rent or a small apartment ( this can be an inlaw apartment or basement apartment) preferably something with privacy and/or a private entrance. We are honest and reliable people who are just looking for a little bit of help getting our feet back in the door. We previously had an apartment for 2+ years in Southbridge, our previous landlord would be happy to provide a great reference for us. We were not prepared to have to make another move and were not financially ready for the unexpected move either and are now looking for some place else to stay temporarily while we are able to save up money. We both just started new jobs and get paid on a bi weekly basis so we are trying to stretch our money out and work everything into its place.
We would not have everything up front such as first last security... But we can pay what we have every other week when we are paid from our jobs. We are looking for someone who would be willing to work with us and take a chance and help us get our feet in the door. We do not have good credit due to poor decisions we made when we were younger however our previous landlord can vouch that we have always been in good standing with him.
