I'm a 31 year old male looking to rent either a room or small studio for me and my 10lb dog (he's crate trained, house trained, and barely ever barks). My current budget is $800-1200 a month. I would also be willing to finding an apartment with someone if the situation fits! I'm in no rush at all.
