I am a 72 year old widower that is looking for a room to rent starting in July. I will be selling my house and need a place until I get one, looking for a room or studio. I am a non drinker I have 3 birds but I wouldn’t take them if need be. I am still working 4 days a week willing to do chores and anything if needed I can be text or email back
