Responsible Researcher Seeking Immediate Housing Near UMass Chan (Worcester, MA)

Hello,
I am a graduate D.O. looking for immediate housing in or within 30 min of Worcester while I am doing research at UMass Chan Medical School. I am clean, responsible, respectful, and easy to live with. I do not cause issues, I keep my space clean, and I am mainly focused on work/research, essentially all i need is a place to sleep.
I am looking for a good deal on a room, studio, or shared housing situation and could use a break. I am open to short-term or longer-term options depending on the fit. I am quiet, reliable, and would be a low-maintenance tenant/roommate.
Ideally looking for something available as soon as possible and within reasonable distance of UMass Chan.
