Job Overview:
Pro Care Property Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Washing Technician with strong sales abilities and a minimum of 4–5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing both residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects while also generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional power washing and soft washing services for residential and commercial properties
Handle window cleaning and exterior surface cleaning (siding, roofs, walkways, decks, etc.)
Operate and maintain commercial-grade equipment, including trailers and pressure washing systems
Assess job sites and provide accurate estimates and recommendations to clients
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, managers, and real estate professionals
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
Manage job scheduling and communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in power washing / exterior cleaning
Proven sales experience and ability to close deals
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning techniques
Experience with window cleaning and surface restoration
Ability to operate commercial equipment and troubleshoot issues
Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing crews or leading projects
Knowledge of soft washing systems and chemicals
Background in property maintenance or related trades
